Here you'll find pre-owned Louis Vuitton Alma bags in Monogram canvas, Epi leather, Vernis and special editions. The Alma has a structured, domed shape, two rounded handles and a zip with a padlock. It has carried the name Alma since 1992, after the Pont de l'Alma in Paris. The shape goes back to a model from the 1930s.
Which size suits you?
- Alma BB: approx. 23.5 x 17.5 x 11.5 cm. The small Alma, usually with a detachable shoulder strap. For your phone, cards and keys.
- Alma PM: approx. 32 x 25 x 16 cm. The classic size, carried in the hand or on the arm.

Monogram, Epi, Vernis
Monogram canvas is the brown canvas with the LV pattern; the Vachetta leather handles develop a honey-coloured patina. Epi is leather with a fine, wavy embossing, tough and in a single colour. Vernis is embossed patent leather with a Monogram pattern. Light Vernis colours can darken over time; we show you this in the photos.

The Alma stands on four metal feet, so the base usually stays in good condition. Take a look at the corners, the handles, the lining and the zip. With Epi and Vernis, it's worth checking the edges, where rubbing and colour changes show first. The date code is inside on a leather tab.
